Android Commander 0.7.8: a must have for experienced developers and newbies

Android Commander is a fast, lean and intuitive program for your MS Windows PC that lets you manage your Android applications, your ROM .zip files and helps you with flashing new ROM’s. The pre-requisite is that you have the Android SDK installed.
Android Commander is developed by PanPiotr over at the XDA-Developers forum.
Below is a quick overview of the latest Changelog:

- now also installer store some info, so second loading of dir(and every next) is much faster
- auto scrolling console window
- commands history in console window

- lots of small fixes
